Beginner Safety 101
The Problem
Even before discord added audit logs, all of your actions were able to be logged. Now, discord has made it easy for any server administrator to see all actions done by members of the server.
Everything you do is logged, so this is where things can get complicated for a beginner. A common beginner mistake is the invite system. Most people on their main account, generate an invite to the server. This is a BIG mistake - server administrators are able to see who made the invite and who joined through the invite. If a raid occurred, they'll be able to see who invited the bots which will lead back to you.
How To Remain Safe
You may think your fucked because everything is logged, but you're really not. There's plenty of easy ways to remain undetected. Let's look back at the example above, where you make the invite.
Instead of making the invite, you can use someone else's invite. You can even invite your alt, and then on the alt account you can make the invite.
Notice: Inviting your alt, and then proceeding to make the invite on your alt is dangerous. It would only keep you semi-anonymous, especially if they have invite loggers in their server. Some bots record who invited who.
